Health camp at Sri Ashokarama Buddhist Temple Bandarawela

A Health camp was organized exclusively for the elderly at Sri Ashokarama Buddhist Temple Bandarawela on 27th December 2022 by the nursing students of IVA Para Medical Campus Bandarawela branch. Calculating the BMI value of the participants, measuring blood glucose levels using a glucometer, measuring blood pressure, conducting a nutritional awareness program for the attendees, distributing essential dry rations, and distributing stationery items for the schoolers were some of the activities performed at the health camp organized by students.
