Students from IVA Paramedical Campus Galle Study Centre recently brought warmth and joy to the residents of the Hegoda Elders’ Home through a heartfelt Community Development Project. During their visit, the students provided a delicious lunch, refreshing beverages, and thoughtful gifts to the elders, creating a day full of smiles and cherished moments.
The visit was not just about offering physical nourishment but also about nurturing the spirits of the elders with care and companionship. The students spent quality time interacting with the residents, listening to their stories, and sharing in laughter, fostering a sense of community and belonging. This initiative beautifully reflected the values of empathy and service that our students hold dear, ensuring that the elders felt appreciated and loved.
